OUR SERVICES

Secure Distribution Services

Our NX Logistics division provides Closed Network secure distribution services, specialising in timed deliveries throughout the UK. This offers a distinct alternative to the conventional UK pallet networks.

Every day, our highly secure rigid groupage fleet, articulated lorries and everything in between, are delivering and collecting from all major distribution hubs.

This includes all major retailers, e-commerce giants, freight forwarders, airports and complicated city centre and shopping centre time-critical deliveries.

Our flexible fleet, consisting of hard-sided vehicles in 18 tonnes to artic units, can cover all of your groupage, LTL or FTL requirements on a next-day basis throughout the UK. All vehicles are fitted with advanced security measures and are fully monitored, which is ideal for high-value or delicate goods. This bespoke distribution service, coupled with our fully trained and uniformed drivers, means you can be sure that your goods are safe in our hands.

OUR PROMISE

Closed Network

We operate a Closed Network from our Northamptonshire-based hubs, resulting in less handling of goods, which allows us speed of delivery and a highly secure service with dedicated communication lines. Our customers are often looking for an alternative solution to standard networks, particularly for delicate or high-value movements.

OUR PROMISE

Dedicated Palletised Distribution

Our closed network delivers across the UK on a same-day or next-day basis, depending on your requirements. Customers benefit from being able to deliver their stock directly to our central Midlands hub in Northamptonshire.

Our closed network means we use our own fleet of vehicles, resulting in less handling of goods compared to a pallet network.

Our customers are often looking for an alternative solution to the UK Pallet Network, with a dedicated secure and delicate handling service. With key account executives on hand to help with any enquiries, bookings and queries, you can be sure that our customer service team will keep you up to date with your deliveries.

Many of our customers utilise more than one service from The NX Group, often choosing to store their goods in our warehouse facilities, use our preferential parcel networks for standard or outsized goods via our e-com facility, as well as take advantage of our distribution and same-day courier services.

Real-Time Tracking

To ensure our collections and deliveries are efficient, we operate using a Transport Management System (TMS).

By using an advanced TMS, we have full traceability of goods and our customers have real-time access to each delivery. PODs are available at the click of a button, along with consistent and accurate updates. These are both system-driven and from our knowledgeable team of transport supervisors, who are on hand to advise on issues and solutions in the fast-paced transport environment.

At The NX Group, we specialise in providing a bespoke and secure distribution service of tracked and timed deliveries throughout the UK. Transported precisely and with the utmost care, our team takes pride in everything we deliver on our customers’ behalf.
