Lexent approached The NX group and were looking for a UK wide e-commerce solution that included warehousing, fulfilment and distribution services while ensuring their specific customer service levels were met. NX proposed a bespoke solution to address these detailed requirements and were thrilled to be awarded the contract.
Having now worked with Lexent for almost three months, NX carries on working closely with the team to ensure that the complex e-commerce solution, which includes a multifaceted returns operation, continues to perform to the high service specifications required by Lexent customers.
