We are looking for an experienced Distribution Operations Manager to lead and optimise our day-to-day distribution operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for overseeing operational performance, team leadership, process improvement, KPI delivery, and ensuring efficient distribution and logistics operations across the business.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Must be flexible to cover across 24 hour operation. Varying shifts will be required during training period
